Product detailed description
A fruity strain that imparts rich flavor and body to beer. Ideal for Belgian styles (Blond, Dubbel, Tripel, Quadrupel) and strong English ales (e.g., Imperial Stouts). It is also perfect for New England IPA. The yeast exhibits medium flocculation: after resuspension in the beer, it does not clump but creates a powdery haze.
