Cryo Pop is a blend of hops processed using the Cryo Hops® method, loaded with hop compounds that survive during brewing: the effects of high temperatures, fermentation, and carbon dioxide. Due to the complexity of the hop biotransformation process, the expected aromatic profile of Cryo Pop will vary depending on where it is used in the brewing process, providing breweries with a wide range of options.

POST FERMENTATION – peach, grapefruit, mango, pineapple, pine, sweet grass
Cryo Hops® pellets are concentrated lupulin from whole leaf hops with resin and aromatic oils. They are designed to provide intense hop flavor and aroma. This allows breweries to effectively dose large amounts of alpha acids and oils without introducing bitter flavors or plant material. Cryo Hops® pellets can be used wherever whole leaf hops and traditional hop pellets are typically used.
