Talus™, formerly known as HBC 692, is the result of hybrid pollination of Sabro™ and open pollination.
The aroma of Talus™ can be described as "intense flavors of citrus, floral, and wood... with grapefruit, stone fruits, oak, coconut, and pine."
Cryo Hops® pellets are concentrated lupulin from whole leaf hops containing resins and aromatic oils. They are designed to provide intense hop flavor and aroma. This allows breweries to efficiently dose large amounts of alpha acids and oils without introducing bitter flavors or plant material. Cryo Hops® pellets can be used anywhere whole leaf hops and hop pellets are traditionally used.
