Mosaic®, developed by Hop Breeding Company and released in 2012, contains a high alpha content and features a unique and complex aromatic profile that translates well into various beer styles. It is a daughter of Simcoe® and a male derived from Nugget. Mosaic® is named in honor of the artistic array of aromas and flavors it can present.
Cryo Hops® pellets are concentrated lupulin from whole leaf hops, containing resins and aromatic oils. They are designed to provide intense hop flavor and aroma. This allows breweries to effectively dose large amounts of alpha acids and oils without introducing bitter flavors or plant material. Cryo Hops® pellets can be used wherever whole leaf hops and hop pellets are traditionally used.
