Cashmere is a dual-purpose hop that can be used in all hop additions throughout the brewing process.
Cashmere has a complex and intensely fruity aroma with prominent notes of lemon, lime, peach, and melon. Secondary notes of coconut, lemongrass, candies, and herbs may appear in the whirlpool or during dry hopping.
Beer styles: Sour, Brett, Saison & IPA.
Cryo Hops® pellets are concentrated lupulin from whole leaf hops containing resins and aromatic oils. They are designed to provide intense hop flavor and aroma. This allows breweries to effectively dose large amounts of alpha acids and oils without imparting bitter flavors or plant material. Cryo Hops® pellets can be used anywhere traditional whole leaf hops and hop pellets are used.
