Centennial is a dual-purpose hop that can be used in all hop additions throughout the brewing process.
The Centennial hop is very similar to Cascade hops, characterized by aromatic notes of pine, citrus, and floral elements. It is described as having a rounded, medium-intensity floral, citrus, and grapefruit flavor and aroma. Other flavors of Centennial hops include pine needles and mandarins.
