Product detailed description
Vienna malt is made from English two-row spring barley and is fired at a slightly higher temperature than Crisp Best Ale Malt.
The result is a golden malt with a sweet bready aroma and flavour.
As it is a conventionally fired malt, Vienna can be used as a solid base and perfectly creates its namesake, Vienna Lager, alongside other styles.
