Czech variety for low structure. The Country variety was obtained by selection from the hybrid offspring of multiple crossings of English and European breeding material. The name of the variety is given by the character of the aroma, which is a milder grassy, herbal, and hoppy scent. Country is an aromatic variety, suitable for secondary and tertiary hopping. It is appropriate for both bottom-fermented and top-fermented beers.
