Clear Choice is a unique offering from Crisp. This specially selected variety of barley contains no proanthocyanidins, it is a flavonoid polyphenol that adds freshness and also creates a cooling haze with the proteins that are then the final beer. After clarification or filtration, the result is a super clear, durable wort with a beautiful honey sweetness.
