Mosaic® developed by Hop Breeding Company and released in 2012, has a high alpha content and features a unique and complex aromatic profile that positively influences various beer styles.
It is a daughter of Simcoe® and a male derived from Nugget. Mosaic® is named in honor of the artistic variety of aromas and flavors it can present.
Alpha: 10.5 - 14 %
Beta: 3-4.5%
Oil content: 0.8 - 3 ml/100g
Aroma: Tropical fruit, papaya, floral, blueberry
