Product detailed description
Mosaic®, developed by Hop Breeding Company and introduced in 2012, has a high alpha acid content and features a unique and complex aromatic profile that translates well into various beer styles.
It is a daughter of Simcoe® and a male derived from Nugget. Mosaic® is named in honor of the artistic array of aromas and flavors it can present.
Cryo Hops® utilizes the most innovative technology in cryogenic processing, where whole leaf hops are separated into concentrated lupulin and steeped at extremely low temperatures to preserve essential oils and resins.
The result is enticing LupuLN2® hop pellets that double the hop potential by 40-50% compared to traditional hop pellets at the same weight. It produces enhanced hop flavors with juicy, resinous, and fruity characteristics, making it ideal for IPAs and beer styles.
Cryo Hops® pellets are concentrated lupulin from whole leaf hops with resin and aromatic oil content. They are designed to provide intense hop flavor and aroma. This allows brewers to effectively dose large amounts of alpha acids and oils without introducing harsh flavors or plant material. Cryo Hops® pellets can be used wherever whole leaf hops and hop pellets are traditionally utilized.
