Centennial is a dual-purpose hop that can be used in all hop additions throughout the brewing process.
Centennial hop is very similar to Cascade hop and features aromatic notes of pine, citrus, and floral. It is characterized as a hop with a rounded and medium-intensity floral, citrus, and grapefruit flavor and aroma. Other flavor notes of Centennial hop include pine needles and mandarins.
