BEST Caramel® Aromatic gives the beer a stronger, sweeter, "caramel" flavor, along with a corresponding darker color. The flavor profile of this malt ranges from honey and light creamy caramel to dark, rich caramel with hints of almonds and nuts. The malt has excellent processing properties and can therefore make up a large percentage of the grist. It also positively impacts the foam.
