BEST Caramel® Munich III is the darkest caramel malt in our BEST Caramel® Munich range.
Even in small amounts in the grist, this malt produces beers with a distinct dark color. It can also be used to produce all types of dark, special beers where a full, rounded flavor resembling toasted bread and crust is required. The pleasant, roasted tones of the malt are clearly recognizable in the beer, depending on the amount used in the grist. BEST Caramel® Munich III complies with the German Beer Purity Law "Reinheitsgebot."
