BEST Caramel® Hell enhances the typical "caramel" malt aroma of beer and adds flavor reminiscent of honey and creamy caramel. The color of the beer ranges from golden hues to orange, depending on the amount used in the grist. It also improves the foam and flavor of the beer. As with BEST Caramel® Pils, only the finest two-row summer barley varieties are used in combination with our gentle caramelizing technique to produce this unique, delicious malt. BEST Caramel® Hell complies with the German Beer Purity Law "Reinheitsgebot."
