This variety is an excellent choice for the primary and late hopping of lager beers. The Agnus variety was registered in 2001 and was developed from a selection of hybrid offspring, which includes varieties such as Sladek, Bor, Saaz, Northern Brewer, and Fuggle, along with other breeding material. This bitter variety is characterized by its intense spicy and herbal aroma.
